Terms and Condition of Sale

To allow a pleasant transaction between NailSG and yourself, please read through all terms and conditions carefully. At NailSG, we aim to cater to our customer’s needs and fulfil them the best we can.

General Terms and Conditions
1. Colours of nail lacquer are as accurate as shown in the pictures. Please note that the colours might vary on different computer screens.

2. Buyers should be responsible for their own purchase as items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Prices and availability are subjected to change without notice.

4. Your privacy is important to us. NailSG will not disclose customer’s information to any other third party.

5. Meet ups can be arranged at NailSG's convenience.


Payment Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are fixed unless otherwise stated

2. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars as shown on website.

3. Payment is to be made within 3 days upon receipt of NailSG's invoice.

4. Full refund will be transferred back to buyer in any event of order cancellation by NailSG.

5. All payments are to be made to NailSG's UOB/DBS account.

6. NailSG will advice on postage once your order is confirmed.


Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Items would be delivered within 3 working days to Singapore location once payment is received.

2. All items are quality assured and carefully checked before sending to buyer, thus, NailSG will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items through normal post.

3. Registered postage can be arranged upon request and payment by buyer (top up of $2.24). This is highly recommended as I cannot guarantee 100% delivery rate by Singpost.

4. Please email NailSG to check for overseas postage.

**This is not really a Term or Condition, but still worth a read. :P
-I would prefer buyers to email me your orders at audreynailsg@gmail.com so that I can have a record of your orders and it is also easy for me to retrieve your past orders. Due to the huge volume of smses everyday, I might miss out and delay your order. I know SMS is fast, but it is really hard for me to save all numbers down, so please do not be angry with me if I do not remember/recognise you when you sms or call me. :)

-I usually reply to emails within 24 hours and sms within a few hours. If you did not received my reply, please resend your query or orders. I did not mean to miss you out. If I forget anything you asked me, do remind me. I love to be able to store data like a computer, but unfortunately, I can't.

-Do note that my responses to email and sms might be slower during weekends. I understand your excitement and urgency to confirm your orders ASAP, but please be patient with me as I love to have work-life balance too!

-I take pride in my business and strive to serve all customers to the best of my ability. I would like to think you are pleased with my service. However, everyone makes mistakes at some point. Please forgive me if the mistake I made happen to fall to you. I apologise and will do my best to salvage the mistake. However, if there is a missing mail during normal postage, there is really nothing I can do to help you (thus the recommended top up of $2.24 for registered mail). I promise that all items paid for will be sent out from my end. I make sure my handwriting is BIG and legible and I also write my return address at the back of the parcel for ALL. If missing mail ever comes back to me, I guarantee that I will inform you and send your items to you again.
